Sales Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and build healthy qualified sales pipeline.
- To establish account plans; manage client opportunities and the successful closing.
- To prepare a weekly sales report and provide feedback to the Line Manager.
- Preparing demos & presentations.
- Conduct customer s meetings to gather the requirements
- Prepare customer proposals
- Achieve Sales targets
- Handle existing customer’s requirements and up sales
Qualifications
- 1- 3 years of experience in Software Field.
- Lead Generation and Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Very good command of English language (written & spoken).
- Strong customer service abilities
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

HR Application Consultant
Responsibilities
- Identify business requirements and map them to HRMS application functionality
- Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps
- Configure HRMS to meet clients’ requirements and document application set-ups
- Should be responsible for preparing impact assessments/analysis for every upgrade
- Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis
- Write Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions
- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
- Should have complete product knowledge for participating the impact assessment sessions with client
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Information technology or relevant field
- 1-3 years in same position
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong communication & Time management
- Proven HRMS project management track record.
- Should have worked on Implementations / Upgrades / Support Projects
- Good Knowledge of IT, ERP and HR solutions
- Should have sound knowledge in Technical Skills as well as functional Skills.
- Detail oriented and an active listener
