Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and build healthy qualified sales pipeline.
  • To establish account plans; manage client opportunities and the successful closing.
  • To prepare a weekly sales report and provide feedback to the Line Manager.
  • Preparing demos & presentations.
  • Conduct customer s meetings to gather the requirements
  • Prepare customer proposals

  • Handle existing customer’s requirements and up sales

Qualifications

  • 1- 3 years of experience in Software Field.
  • Lead Generation and Account Management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Very good command of English language (written & spoken).
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

HR Application Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Identify business requirements and map them to HRMS application functionality
  • Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps
  • Configure HRMS to meet clients’ requirements and document application set-ups
  • Should be responsible for preparing impact assessments/analysis for every upgrade
  • Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis
  • Write Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions
  • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
  • Should have complete product knowledge for participating the impact assessment sessions with client

Qualifications

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Information technology or relevant field
  • 1-3 years in same position
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Strong communication & Time management
  • Proven HRMS project management track record.
  • Should have worked on Implementations / Upgrades / Support Projects
  • Good Knowledge of IT, ERP and HR solutions
  • Should have sound knowledge in Technical Skills as well as functional Skills.
  • Detail oriented and an active listener
